Terms & Conditions of Agreement

EXTRA TIME:
Additional time may be negotiated during the event for an additional fee.
CONDUCT:
Ambassador Events can not be held responsible for the conduct of the audience.
EQUIPMENT:
Ambassador Events will be fully reimbursed by the client for any theft or damage subjected to equipment supplied if caused by any person other than our personnel or sub-contractors whilst at the location of the event.
CANCELLATION:
If a contract is cancelled all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of performers or equipment within two months of the event date will incur a charge of the total fee.
